Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Verifast's identity verification services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services.

2. Services Description

Verifast provides identity verification solutions including phone number verification, biometric authentication, business verification, and document validation services.

3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your API keys and credentials
• Be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organization
• Use Services only for lawful purposes

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our Services
• Submit false or misleading information
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use Services to discriminate against individuals

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our Services remain our exclusive property. You receive a limited license to use our Services as described in these terms.

6. Fees and Payment

Our pricing is based on a pay-per-verification model:

• Sandbox access is free for development and testing
• Production usage is billed based on verification volume
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

7. Service Levels

We commit to:

• 99.9% monthly availability for API services
• 24/7 technical support for production issues
• Average API response under 2 seconds

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate these terms for material breach with 30 days written notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes by email and website updates.
